Odisha Is Unlikely To Get Relief From Soaring Heat Till April First Week-End

 Bhubaneswar, Mar 29: Odisha is unlikely to get relief from soaring heat condition till the end of the first week of April, according to the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar.  

Temperature is likely to rise by two degrees Celsius for two days from today. Many places are likely to witness temperature at 40 degrees Celsius or above as there is least posibility of a heavy rain to occur in the first week of April. 

Humidity is likely to be on the rise in the coastal area  of the State. 

Tomorrow, some parts is likely to experience thunderstorm and lightning with light rains. Nor'wester is likely to occur at few places in north Odisha. 

According to the weather office, capital city Bhubaneswar recorded temperature at 37 degrees Celsium in the last 24 hours. The city is likely to witness a rise in temperature to 38 degrees Celsius today.
